Franki Gonzalez started her Real Estate career in 2009 and has seen the market change drastically over the years. She has extensive expertise in all market conditions, from foreclosures and short sales to the current multiple offer situations. As agent for buyer, seller and/or relocation, new construction and custom homes, she has closed properties all over Central Florida. In 2019 Franki expanded her real estate scope by obtaining her Broker’s license.
Being passionate about real estate, Franki loves every minute of helping her clients navigate and understand their real estate transaction from start to finish. The best feedback from her clients is that she makes them feel like they are a top priority by being always a phone call or text away, and ready to handle any needs. Her main source of business is by referral.
Franki loves coffee, wine and great food. In her free time, you may find her at the beach, riding her bike or spending time with her family.
